Candidates

The first year of this preparatory program is open to:

• High School students in terminal S, having a good level in maths and physics
• Foreign students in the final year of High School, preparing a diploma equivalent to the French scientific baccalauréat

Admission will be granted after consultation of applicant’s file, followed by an interview. Success in the baccalauréat or foreign diploma is a condition of this acceptance.

 Enrolment

ECAM participates in the national student sorting procedure. Applications are open from mid-January on the site www.grandesecolespostbac.fr – enrolments CECAM (ECAM and ICAM). After making their application, candidates will receive a file to complete and return to ECAM before mid-April.

Selection process

Application files are assessed by the Heads of Studies in the Preparatory Cycle and in the Engineering Cycle of ECAM. Candidates living n France, whose files are accepted will be invited for an interview in May. This interview with teachers from the Preparatory Cycle aims at verifying that the pupil’s career orientation corresponds with the ECAM training programme.
For those pupils living abroad the interview is not required.

 Results

Candidates are informed of the results of the admission process at the beginning of June. Acceptance is valid for the upcoming school year but may be extended by one year upon decision of the Head of Studies in the Preparatory Cycle, in order to allow the realisation of a particular activity.
