Application forms should be requested by mail from srondet©ifai.fr or on the site www.afpi-cfai.com from February and should be returned before 25 March.

Selection process

The files are assessed by the Head of the ECAM-FIP training programme

Chosen candidates will be requested to carry out a series of tests on 17 April 2008 and attend an interview between 14 April and 7 May. This interview with a teacher and a representative from industry is aimed at verifying that the student’s career orientation corresponds with the ECAM-FIP training.

Chosen candidates who are living abroad at the time of the tests and interview will be requested to attend at the beginning of July.

Results of the selection process and recruitment by a firm. 

The candidate will be informed of his eligibility at the beginning of June.

Eligible candidates must be recruited by a firm in order to be accepted. This recruitment is confirmed in writing by the firm » confirmation d’intention d’embauche d’un apprenti ITII de Lyon » before the signing of the apprenticeship contract.

A « Forum of Firms and Candidates » is organised on 12 June 2008. Candidates who cannot find a firm by their own means are urged to attend.

 Technicians from « in-house training »

Pre-selection is pronounced by a jury after consultation of the candidate’s file and interview with the candidate and firm. The final decision will be given by a jury according to the results obtained in exams at the end of the period of preparatory training.

Selection Process

All requests must be validated by the company following a contact between the candidate and a company representative.

he candidates are then required to attend 3 interviews to assess the capacities of success of the training programme.

he selected firms and candidates sign a training contract for the preparatory training period .
This preparatory training period takes place between June and December on Fridays and Saturday mornings, certain weeks, in order to bring students up to the necessary level to join the engineering programme in January.

Selection Process Results

The Admissions Jury gives its decision whether to allow the candidate to join the engineering programme, based on the results of the preparatory programme.
 
The firms and candidates sign a contract for the length of the engineering cycle.
