Pour l’occasion, ECAM LaSalle a eu le plaisir d’accueillir sur son campus une trentaine d’entreprises et d’industries partenaires ainsi qu’une délégation de l’alliance européenne ChallengeEU, composée notamment de cinq recteurs.
Cette journée d’ouverture a été marquée par des temps forts mêlant échanges institutionnels, découvertes technologiques et moments de partage. Plusieurs interventions ont mis en lumière les dynamiques actuelles de l’établissement, notamment autour de la transition écologique des industries et de la recherche. Les visiteurs ont ensuite pu rencontrer les étudiants impliqués dans les clubs et associations techniques, découvrir leurs projets et explorer les plateformes pédagogiques. La journée s’est clôturée avec une table ronde consacrée à l’intelligence artificielle suivie d’un concert, pour une soirée propice aux discussions et aux retrouvailles.
Le samedi, de nombreux diplômés et membres de la communauté ECAM LaSalle ont été accueillis sur le campus pour une cérémonie de commémoration, suivie de visites du campus et du Foyer mettant en avant les installations créées et rénovées ces dernières années. Un moment riche en souvenirs, ponctué d’échanges entre les générations présentes, qui s’est clôturé par une soirée de gala festive.
La célébration s’est achevée le dimanche matin à la Cathédrale Saint-Jean, avec une cérémonie portée par le Père Mathieu Thouvenot, marquant la fin de ce week-end d’anniversaire.
Ces trois jours ont permis de mettre en lumière la richesse de la communauté ECAM LaSalle, la diversité de ses parcours et la force de ses partenariats. L’accueil de l’alliance ChallengeEU dans le cadre de cet anniversaire a également souligné l’ouverture européenne de l’école.

In September 1900, the first class of the Jean Baptiste de La Salle School of Arts and Crafts in Reims began the school year under the guidance of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. A rich history that, 125 years later, brings us to this milestone celebration. More than 900 people — partners, alumni, students, and staff — came together to celebrate the school with a dynamic program, blending reflections on the past and visions for the future.
On this occasion, ECAM LaSalle had the pleasure of welcoming around thirty partner companies and industries, as well as a delegation from the European alliance ChallengeEU, which included five university rectors.
This opening day featured key moments combining institutional dialogue, technological showcases, and moments of connection. Several talks highlighted the school’s current initiatives, particularly regarding the ecological transition in industries and research. Visitors then had the opportunity to meet students involved in technical clubs and associations, discover their projects, and explore the educational platforms. The day concluded with a roundtable discussion on artificial intelligence, followed by a concert — creating an evening perfect for conversation.
On Saturday, many alumni and members of the ECAM LaSalle community returned to the campus for a commemorative ceremony, followed by tours of the school and its Foyer, showcasing recent developments and renovations. It was a moment full of memories, enriched by exchanges across generations, and capped off with a festive gala evening.
The celebration concluded on Sunday morning at Saint John’s Cathedral with a ceremony led by Father Mathieu Thouvenot, marking the end of this anniversary weekend.
These three days highlighted the richness of the ECAM LaSalle community, the diversity of its paths, and the strength of its partnerships. Hosting the ChallengeEU alliance as part of the celebrations also underscored the school’s strong European outlook.
