ECAM LaSalle offers hands-on training through the Climate Transformation Institute, an immersive educational platform developed in partnership with Naldeo Group*. This platform places learners in real-world conditions, enabling them to learn through practical experience on an actual production line.
Learners develop a deep understanding of issues related to CO₂, energy, water, waste, as well as the environment and biodiversity.

The programme incorporates applied case studies conducted in the form of a hackathon in collaboration with partner companies. Students analyse real-world energy transition and climate change challenges using a systems-based approach and develop practical solutions. This approach promotes the application of lean management principles and continuous improvement.
A 13-month programme during which learners on a professional training contract or an apprenticeship contract alternate between two weeks at ECAM LaSalle and two weeks at their host company. This may also take the form of a long-term work placement contract.
